We zijn een groeiende KMO, gespecialiseerd in het ontwikkelen, reviseren en verbeteren van hoogtechnologische verpakkingsmachines. Kwaliteit, innovatie en doorgedreven automatisatie staan hierbij centraal. Daarnaast vertegenwoordigen we in de Benelux enkele internationaal gerenommeerde merken zoals Hartmann, IMA en Rotzinger. We ontwikkelen onze machines in eigen beheer en exporteren deze over de hele wereld. Service is deel van het DNA en zo staan we met onze teams iedere dag 24/7 paraat voor onze klanten.

Om onze klantendienst te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een technisch medewerker die onze after-sales dienst verder mee kan ondersteunen voor onze vestiging in Meer, Hoogstraten

Functieomschrijving:

Als technisch klantenservice medewerker bij Entrec

  • Ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt (telefonisch) voor de klant bij vragen, klachten en interventies. Je filtert deze vragen volgens een beslissingsdiagram en je vraagt door totdat je de juiste info hebt bekomen om deze persoon zo door te verwijzen naar de gepaste (technische) persoon binnen de TG-Group. Indien nodig, verdeel je aanvragen naar onze zusterbedrijven.
  • Analyseer je onderdeelboeken, elektrische en pneumatische schema’s om passende oplossingen voor klanten te bieden.
  • Plan je techniekers in (je maakt een uitnodiging aan in onze digitale planning tool) en boekt (een) overnachting(en) in een hotel indien nodig.
  • Je maakt verslagen op, na een interventie of opname.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij onze leveranciers en zet deze om naar onze huisstijl layout zodat deze kan worden aangeboden aan onze klanten.
  • Je bewaakt mee de planning en zorgt voor de continuïteit van de machines van onze klanten.
  • Je bereidt orders voor, zowel voor klanten als voor techniekers om (meestal) losse onderdelen op te sturen naar klanten. De losse onderdelen die opgestuurd dienen te worden, haal je uit het magazijn en maak je verzendklaar.
  • Je adviseert klanten over tooling, reserveonderdelen en andere benodigdheden om problemen te voorkomen. Zo bouw je verder aan de professionalisering van de dienst-na-verkoop voor ons wereldwijde klantenbestandje de bedrijfsleider van en naar verschillende klanten in de Benelux
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en bent het uithangbord van het bedrijf. Je bent te allen tijde klantvriendelijk. Dit uit zich doordat jij onze klanten tot in de kleinste details een vlekkeloze service verleent.
  • Je bent vlot met computers (vooral MS Excel) en hebt een sterke technische achtergrond (elektromechanica, elektriciteit, ...).
  • Je bent stipt en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent goed met cijfers.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en boekt graag resultaat.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels, kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een plus.
  • Je houdt van structuur en gaat heel nauwkeurig en geordend te werk.
  • Ervaring met de implementatie van een ERP-pakket is een plus.
  • Je bent stressbestendig.
