Krijg je energie van klantencontact, planning en technische opvolging en spreekt een omgeving binnen de bouwsector je aan?

Voor een gevestigde onderneming in regio Zwalm zoeken we een After Sales Coördinator. De organisatie is actief binnen een technische bouwomgeving en staat in voor de realisatie en opvolging van verschillende projecten.

Binnen deze functie kom je terecht op een afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor de opvolging na uitvoering van projecten. Je vormt daarbij de verbinding tussen klanten, interne collega's en medewerkers op het terrein.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Komt er na de uitvoering van een project een vraag of melding van een klant binnen? Dan neem je het dossier vast, bepaal je welke actie nodig is en bewaak je de verdere opvolging
  • De planning van medewerkers op het terrein stel je op volgens de binnenkomende aanvragen, prioriteiten en gemaakte afspraken
  • Hoe zorg je ervoor dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn? Door als vast aanspreekpunt helder te communiceren over afspraken, timing en de verdere behandeling van hun dossier
  • Naast de coördinatie neem je ook de administratieve verwerking voor jouw rekening, waaronder het voorbereiden en opvolgen van commerciële en administratieve documenten
  • Regelmatig schakel je tussen klanten, collega's en medewerkers op het terrein, waarbij je ervoor zorgt dat de juiste informatie tijdig bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een relevante richting vormt een goede basis voor deze functie, aangevuld met interesse in een technische of bouwgerelateerde omgeving
  • Reeds ervaring opgedaan binnen customer service, planning, administratie of coördinatie? Daarmee vink je alvast het eerste vakje aan binnen deze rol en heb je een sterke basis om de verschillende verantwoordelijkheden snel op te nemen
  • Nederlands, Frans en Engels gebruik je vlot in professionele contacten. Daarnaast werk je georganiseerd, administratief nauwkeurig en met aandacht voor de klant
