Als After Sales Engineer speel je een sleutelrol in het vertalen van klantvragen naar slimme, haalbare en efficiënte oplossingen. Je schakelt vlot tussen techniek, commercie en projectopvolging.

  • Technische oplossingen uitwerken Je analyseert aanvragen en werkt zelfstandig mechanische en (basis) automatiseringsoplossingen uit.
  • Commerciële vertaalslag maken Je zet technische voorstellen om in heldere offertes en kostenramingen en begeleidt deze tot aan de afronding.
  • Projecten efficiënt opvolgen Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams en zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar uitvoering.
  • Klanten adviseren en ondersteunen Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt.
  • Kansen detecteren en benutten Je denkt proactief mee met klanten en identificeert opportuniteiten binnen bestaande samenwerkingen in de regio BeNeLux en Frankrijk.
  • After-sales verder versterken Je adviseert klanten over service- en spare-oplossingen om hun continuïteit te waarborgen.

PROFIEL

  • Master in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring in een technische sales- of engineeringcontext (±2 jaar)
  • Kennis van mechanica en productieprocessen
  • Basisinzicht in automatisering is een plus
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oplossingsgericht denken
  • Vlot in communicatie, zowel technisch als commercieel
  • Goed in het beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk
  • Talen: Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Vertrouwd met CRM-tools en MS Office
