Als After Sales Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de snelle en efficiënte uitwerking van technische oplossingen voor kleinere en kortlopende projecten. Je fungeert als de schakel tussen klant, sales en engineering en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen snel worden omgezet in kwalitatief onderbouwde offertes en projecten.

  • Technische oplossingen bieden – Analyseer klantaanvragen, beoordeel de technische haalbaarheid en werk zelfstandig mechanische en automatiseringsoplossingen uit.
  • Commerciële verantwoordelijkheid nemen – Vertaal technische oplossingen in duidelijke offertes en kostenberekeningen en begeleid het proces tot contractafsluiting.
  • Efficiënte projectopvolging garanderen – Werk nauw samen met interne stakeholders voor technische validatie en zorg voor een vlotte overdracht naar Project Execution.
  • Klantenrelaties opbouwen – Onderhoud direct contact met klanten en bied technisch advies.
  • Nieuwe kansen identificeren – Ontwikkel actief nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen bestaande klanten in de BeNeLux en Frankrijk.
  • After-sales services uitbouwen - Identificeer en bespreek met klanten passende spare- en serviceoplossingen ter ondersteuning van hun operationele continuïteit.

Jouw profiel

  • Opleiding – Master in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Technische expertise – Kennis van mechanische componenten en productieprocessen.
  • Automatiseringskennis – Basiskennis van automatisering en procesaanpassingen is een plus.
  • Verkoopervaring – minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een technische sales- of engineeringfunctie.
  • Analytisch denkvermogen – In staat om klantbehoeften te begrijpen en te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden – Zowel technisch als commercieel sterk in het overbrengen van informatie.
  • Multitasking en besluitvaardigheid – Goed in het beheren van meerdere projecten tegelijk en snel beslissingen nemen.
  • Talenkennis – Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Digitale vaardigheden – Ervaring met CRM, MS Office en MS Teams-toepassingen.
