De functie inhoud Het takenpakket van een After Sales Engineer ziet eruit als volgt:

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze bestaande klanten (nationaal en internationaal) wat de wisselstukken betreft, is jouw hoofdtaak.
  • De berekeningen van de prijzen voor mechanische en elektrische wisselstukken voer je ook uit: je biedt ze aan bij de klanten en zorgt voor de verdere opvolging.
  • Ook voor nieuwe machines maak je wisselstuklijsten op.
  • Daarnaast stel je ook de as-built tekeningen van de geleverde machines op.

Onze klant Dit familiebedrijf waar internationale en technische uitdagingen hun troef zijn, is gelegen regio Waregem. Zij zijn gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen, produceren, programmeren en installeren van innovatieve en klantspecifieke machines voor verschillende sectoren.

Ze willen blijven groeien op technisch gebied en zetten heel hard in op hun service naar klanten toe. Deze hoogtechnologische omgeving zorgt voor uitdaging die kadert binnen het familiale karakter dat heerst op de bureaus. Ben jij de After Sales Engineer die wij zoeken?

  • Jouw bachelordiploma (idealiter elektromechanica) heb jij behaald.
  • Kennis van CAD- en PDM/PLM-programma’s is een grote meerwaarde.
  • De volgende eigenschappen omschrijven jou: commercieel, technisch en een échte teamplayer!
  • Naast Nederlands, kan je jou ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
