Daarom investeren we net zo graag in jouw ontwikkeling als in onze machines. Wat je gaat doen Als Service & ERP Coördinator ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze serviceorganisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat installatie-, inbedrijfstellings-, onderhouds-, reparatie- en modificatiewerkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Je bewaakt de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en budgetten en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking in het ERP-systeem. Servicecoördinatie Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, planning en coördinatie van servicewerkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze buitendienstmedewerkers goed voorbereid op pad gaan en dat klanten weten waar zij aan toe zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het plannen van installatie-, inbedrijfstellings-, onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden. - Het afstemmen van de planning met klanten, Installation Mechanics en Field Service Engineers. - Het coördineren van de dagelijkse inzet van de buitendienst. - Het tijdig organiseren van mat...
