Als After Sales Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze serviceafdeling. Jouw rol is essentieel om klantverwachtingen te overtreffen. Je ontwikkelt, superviseert en organiseert afdelingsmedewerkers om efficiënt en klantgericht te werken.

  • Je streeft naar een optimale productiviteit op de werkvloer.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijke voor de interne communicatie tussen de werkplaats, receptie en administratie.
  • Je werkt samen met het team om de vooropgestelde omzetdoelen te behalen.
  • Je zet de nodige acties uit om bij te dragen aan een hoge klantentevredenheid.
  • Je communiceert tijdig en stelt middelen beschikbaar zodat jouw team vlot kan werken.
  • Je voert gesprekken met medewerkers zodat zij zich blijven ontwikkelen en zet de nodige acties uit voor een goede teamwerking.
  • Als manager ben je de back-up van je collega’s binnen de front en back office (Service Advisors).
  • Je volgt de nodige acties op rond milieu- en veiligheid op.

  • Ervaring als Service Advisor in de Automotive is een must.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk ingesteld.
  • Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office-programma's.
  • Je bezit een enorme mensenkennis.
  • Je communiceert vlot in drie talen (Nederlands, Frans en Engels)
  • Je hebt zin voor klasse en stijl en voelt je aangetrokken tot de cultuur van Hedin Automotive.
