Bij Hedin Automotive in Boortmeerbeek zoeken we een gedreven After Sales Manager die de dagelijkse leiding neemt over onze volledige aftersalesafdeling. Je wordt de rechterhand van de Site Manager en speelt een sleutelrol in het succes van onze vestiging.

In deze functie stuur je een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers aan, verdeeld over de Service Advisors, de werkplaats, het magazijn en de PDI-afdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle schakels perfect samenwerken, zodat klanten kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service en medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf halen.

Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met een sterke focus op mensen, resultaten en klanttevredenheid. Dankzij jouw aanpak draait de afdeling efficiënt, blijft de samenwerking tussen de verschillende teams optimaal en worden de commerciële en operationele doelstellingen gerealiseerd

Als After Sales Manager ben jij het aanspreekpunt en de coach voor jouw teams. Je bewaakt de dagelijkse werking van de afdeling en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen dezelfde richting uitgaat.

  • Je geeft leiding aan de Service Advisors, werkplaats, magazijn en PDI-afdeling.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en ontwikkelt een team van ongeveer 15 medewerkers.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking tussen de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je bewaakt de productiviteit, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van de aftersalesactiviteiten.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en zet acties op om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan een uitstekende klantentevredenheid.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de personeelsplanning, opvolging en ontwikkeling van jouw medewerkers.
  • Je voert evaluatie-, coaching- en feedbackgesprekken.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat processen correct worden gevolgd en continu worden verbeterd.
  • Je volgt de richtlijnen rond veiligheid, milieu en kwaliteit op.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Site Manager en fungeert als zijn/haar rechterhand binnen de vestiging.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor-diploma of kan een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen
  • Ervaring als Service Advisor in de Automotive is een must.
  • Je bent sociaalvaardig, dynamisch en weet van aanpakken.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk ingesteld.
  • Je hebt kennis van Microsoft Office-programma's.
  • Je bezit een enorme mensenkennis.
  • Je communiceert vlot in drie talen (Nederlands, Frans en Engels)
  • Je hebt zin voor klasse en stijl en voelt je aangetrokken tot de cultuur van Hedin Automotive.
