De functie inhoud Zin om in een nieuwe functie binnen de after-sales aan de slag te gaan? Dan is dit jouw takenpakket:

  • Registreren, opvolgen en afhandelen van klachten over beschadigde, foutieve of ontbrekende producten, voornamelijk voor onze Franse klanten.
  • Coördineren van retourzendingen en vervangingen, inclusief het doorrekenen van kosten aan transporteurs waar nodig.
  • Opstellen van creditnota’s en retourbonnen.
  • Communiceren met klanten over de status van hun dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte terugkoppeling.
  • Afstemmen met transporteurs en het magazijn om een vlotte afhandeling te garanderen.
  • Terugkoppeling geven aan interne afdelingen zoals sales, magazijn en kwaliteit over terugkerende issues.
  • Controleren en bewaken van de garantievoorwaarden.

Onze klant als Aftersales kom je terecht in een Belgisch bedrijf te Adegem waar hoogwaardige kunststofproducten voor wanden, plafonds en vloeren wordt ontwikkelt en geproduceerd. Het assortiment omvat onder andere PVC‑wandpanelen, badkamer- en keukenpanelen en waterdichte vloeren, geschikt voor zowel particuliere als professionele toepassingen. Het bedrijf levert internationaal en staat bekend om de kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van zijn producten. Daarnaast werken ze nauw samen met transporteurs en distributeurs om een vlotte levering en service te garanderen. Administratief sterk & behoud je jouw kalmte in stressvolle situaties?   • Als after-sales medewerker ben je klantgericht en werk je probleemoplossend.
