Jobomschrijving

Ben je organisatorisch sterk en heb je een passie voor klantencontact? Als administratief bediende aan het onthaal bestaat jouw takenpakket uit

  • Professioneel opvolgen van klantenvragen na levering
  • Behandelen en oplossen van klachten op een klantgerichte manier
  • centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van dossiers
  • Bewaken van klanttevredenheid en servicekwaliteit

Voor de functie after sales medewerker zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgende capaciteiten

  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk
  • Je behoudt kalmte in stressvolle situaties
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en/of EDI is een meerwaarde
  • Affiniteit met technische producten of de bouwsector is een plus
