Als international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen werden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Automobilindustrie innovative Lösungen auf Basis modernster Lithium-Ionen-Technologie und als Komplettanbieter Batteriezellen, Batteriemodule und Batteriesysteme geliefert.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Steuerung der täglichen After-Sales-Prozesse sowie Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, internen Abteilungen und internationalen Standorten

* Entgegennahme, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanforderungen; zeitnahe Pflege von Kundenportalen und Kommunikation

* Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen mit der Qualitätssicherung sowie den relevanten Fachabteilungen

* Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Bearbeitung qualitätsrelevanter Themen im After-Sales- und Prototypenbereich

* Überwachung von After-Sales-KPIs sowie Erstellung von Berichten und Auswertungen

* Einsatz von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung, Informationsaufbereitung, Datenanalyse und Ergebnisdokumentation

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HTL oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilindustrie, idealerweise im Bereich After-Sales, Kundenservice oder technischer Service

* Fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse sowie gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Erfahrung in der KPI-Auswertung und im Berichtswesen

* Kenntnisse im Reklamationsmanagement, Kundensupport und Qualitätsmanagement

* Vertrautheit mit strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden (z. B. 8D, 5-Why-Methode, Ishikawa-Diagramm) von Vorteil

* Sprachkenntnisse: Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift, auch bei technischen Themen

* Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an der Arbeit in internationalen Teams

Ihr Gehalt

Das monatliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.900 brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt wird jedoch marktkonform und in Abhängigkeit Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung individuell und gemeinsam vereinbart.
