Een veelzijdige administratieve functie met veel afwisseling, waar klantencontact, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking centraal staan. In deze rol ondersteun je het repairproces en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van aanvragen, offertes en herstellingen.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als After Sales Service medewerker inhoudt:

  • Overzicht bewaren over het volledige herstellingsproces, van aanvraag tot na-service
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via e-mail, telefoon en aan de balie
  • Beheren van de service mailbox en omzetten van aanvragen naar werkorders
  • Registreren en opvolgen van herstellingen in het systeem
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes voor onderdelen tot bestelling
  • Controleren van stock en opvragen van prijzen bij leveranciers
  • Labelen en controleren van binnenkomende onderdelen
  • Logistiek verwerken van herstelde producten
