Für unser Headquarter in Weißkirchen suchen wir 1 After Sales Specialist Spare Parts (w/m/d) Deine Aufgaben:

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Ersatzteilanfragen, Angeboten und Aufträgen - von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungslegung und Nachverfolgung

* Prüfung von Verfügbarkeit, Lieferzeiten und technischen Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Lager, Versand

* Bearbeitung von Kundenrückfragen, Reklamationen und Abweichungen im Ersatzteilprozess

* Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kunden-, Auftrags- und Artikeldaten in unseren Systemen

* Unterstützung bei Auswertungen, Reportings und der Weiterentwicklung unserer After-Sales-Prozesse

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie technisches Verständnis und Interesse an technischen Produkten

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Kundenservice, Ersatzteilgeschäft oder in der Dispo

* Erfahrung mit SAP- und CRM-Systemen sowie ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, verlässliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie hohe Affinität zu digitalen Systemen
