HMF is een internationale speler in hydraulische laadkranen en staat bekend om innovatie, kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid. Voor ons groeiende dealer- en klantennetwerk in België zoeken we een Aftersales Engineer die het verschil maakt in technische expertise én klantgerichtheid.

De rol

De Aftersales Engineer is in deze dynamische rol verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van technische garantieclaims, complexe storingen, technische klachten en tweedelijns vraagstukken terwijl hij eersteklas klantenservice levert. In deze rol ben je de schakel tussen techniek en klant.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je onderzoekt en lost technische klachten en storingen zelfstandig op
  • Je registreert, beoordeelt en handelt technische garantieclaims af binnen de gestelde doorlooptijden en volgens richtlijnen
  • Samen met Engineering en Quality achterhaal je oorzaken van storingen en initieer je structurele verbeteringen in ontwerp en productiekwaliteit
  • Je biedt gerichte productinstructies en lokale ondersteuning wanneer een storing daarom vraagt
  • Je registreert periodiek trends in storingen en claims om productkwaliteit continu te verbeteren
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond (mechanica, elektromechanica, hydraulica of vergelijkbaar)
  • Je denkt analytisch, werkt nauwkeurig en blijft kalm bij complexe technische vraagstukken
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel technische als niet technische stakeholders
  • Je houdt van variatie: van desk analyses tot hands on ondersteuning bij dealers
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
