Functieomschrijving Als Aftersales Engineer ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer het gaat om technische ondersteuning. Je helpt hen bij het oplossen van storingen en technische vraagstukken, zowel op afstand als in de werkplaats. Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's van verschillende afdelingen zoals development, sales en engineering, waardoor je midden in de organisatie staat. Naast het oplossen van problemen kijk je ook vooruit: je signaleert verbeterpunten en denkt actief mee over hoe processen en producten nog beter kunnen. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Verlenen van technische support via telefoon, e-mail en ticketsystemen; - Ondersteunen van klanten bij diagnose- en storingsvraagstukken; - Uitvoeren van reparaties en testen van voertuigen in de werkplaats; - Begeleiden van gestructureerde diagnoseprocessen; - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en doen van optimalisatievoorstellen; - Samenwerken met interne afdelingen zoals development en engineering. Functie eisen - MBO-opleiding in een technische richting, bijvoorbeeld autotechniek; - Kennis van motormanagement- en diagnosesystemen; - Sterke affiniteit met automotive en nieuwe brandstoftechnologieën; - Servicegerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling; - Zelfstandig, proactief en een echte teamspeler; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
