Als Aftersales Manager pak jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor onze klanten nadat een project is opgeleverd. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klant, servicemonteurs en onze technische organisatie. Je focus ligt daarbij met name op onze iCUBE-systemen. Dit zijn geautomatiseerde opslagsystemen waarbij betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid essentieel zijn. Jij zorgt ervoor dat we niet wachten tot een klant belt met een probleem, maar juist vooruitdenken. Preventief onderhoud plannen, SLA-afspraken bewaken, spare parts aanbieden, servicewerkzaamheden coördineren en zorgen dat alles administratief goed wordt afgehandeld: jij houdt het overzicht. Kortom: jij helpt ons de stap te maken van service verlenen naar professionele en proactieve aftersales. Wat ga je doen? Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt tussen klanten, monteurs, techniek en commercie. De ene dag bespreek je met een klant het preventieve onderhoud aan zijn machines, de volgende dag moet er snel geschakeld worden vanwege een storing. Ondertussen houd jij overzicht en zorg je dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Coördineren en plannen van service-, onderhouds- en storingswerkzaamheden; - Proactief organiseren van preventief onderhoud, met speciale aandacht voor onze iCUBE-systemen; - Beheren en bewaken van Service Level Agreements (SLA's) na oplevering van projecten; - Onderhouden van klantcontact en signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen aftersales; - Actief aanbieden van spare parts, onderhoud en aanvullende servicediensten; - Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve en financiële afhandeling van servicewerkzaamheden; - Sign...
