Als afvul- en verpakkingsoperator sta je in voor het correct afvullen en verpakken van hoogwaardige chemicaliën. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle werkzaamheden volgens de strikte kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen worden uitgevoerd en draagt bij aan een vlot productieproces.

  • Je vult hoogwaardige chemicaliën af volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je verpakt producten volgens de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je bedient en controleert de afvul- en verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Je volgt strikt de voorgeschreven werkmethodes en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert de resultaten correct.
  • Je vult de nodige productie- en kwaliteitsdocumenten in.
  • Je voert eerstelijnsonderhoud uit aan de afvul- en verpakkingsinstallaties.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt mee na over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om een veilige en efficiënte productie te garanderen.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma ASO of TSO of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als afvuloperator, verpakkingsoperator, machineoperator of productieoperator is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je volgt procedures correct op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je werk.
  • Je beschikt over een goed logisch en rekenkundig inzicht.
  • Je hebt basiskennis van administratieve taken en registraties.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit staan voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler en werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je bent bereid om in een ploegensysteem te werken.
