Jij hebt oog voor netheid, weet van aanpakken en je bent niet vies van hard werken. Als afwasser heb je een belangrijke rol in het team. Want zonder schoon servies kunnen wij geen heerlijke gerechten serveren of cocktails uitschenken. Het zelfstandig bijhouden van de vaat, spoelen en afwassen van het serviesgoed, en poleren van het bestek zijn de voornaamste taken. Daarnaast help je mee met het schoonhouden en schoonmaken van de (spoel)keuken. De F&B afdeling van het Fashion Hotel bestaat uit 5 outlets; het ontbijt, het Grand Café, de vergaderzalen, Frans restaurant Mme Coco en de Skyybar. Het is echt gaaf dat we zoveel verschillende stijlen en services onder één dak kunnen waarmaken. De rode lijn in deze afdelingen zijn service en kwaliteit.
