Bij De Zes Bochten in Knokke zoeken we een afwasser die mee zorgt voor een vlotte werking van onze keuken.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar iedereen zijn steentje bijdraagt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat servies, bestek en keukenmateriaal steeds proper en tijdig beschikbaar zijn en houdt samen met je collega's de keuken netjes en georganiseerd.

Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must. We vinden het vooral belangrijk dat je betrouwbaar bent, graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en goed functioneert in een team.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als afwasser ben je een belangrijke schakel achter de schermen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de keuken ook tijdens drukke momenten vlot kan blijven draaien.

Concreet omvat jouw takenpakket:

  • Afwassen van servies, bestek, potten, pannen en keukenmateriaal;
  • Bedienen en netjes houden van de professionele vaatwasmachine;
  • Proper en georganiseerd houden van de afwaszone;
  • Schoon en gebruiksklaar materiaal op de juiste plaats terugzetten;
  • Mee instaan voor orde en netheid in de keuken;
  • Waar nodig je collega's een handje helpen;
  • Correct toepassen van de afspraken rond hygiëne en veiligheid.

Wie zijn wij?

In 1985 kochten Bernard en Lieve een oud boerderijtje langs een populaire fietsroute met vele kronkels. Ze bouwden het om tot een gezellig café en gaven het de naam De Zes Bochten – een plek waar gastvrijheid van bij het begin centraal stond.

Meer dan drie decennia later zetten hun zonen dit familieverhaal met trots verder. Vandaag is De Zes Bochten uitgegroeid tot een bruisende brasserie met hotelaccommodatie en ruime familiekamers. De grote indoor- en outdoor speeltuinen maken van de zaak een vaste waarde voor gezinnen aan de kust.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Ervaring als afwasser of in de horeca is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste;
  • Je bent bereid om voltijds te werken van woensdag tot en met zondag;
  • Je werkt voltijds (38u/week);
  • Je werkt volgens een uurrooster tussen 12u en 22u;
  • Je werkt zonder service coupé: je werkdag wordt dus niet opgesplitst in een middag- en avondshift;
  • Je werkt netjes en houdt van een ordelijke werkplek;
  • Je kunt goed doorwerken wanneer het drukker wordt;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar en komt afspraken na;
  • Je helpt collega's vooruit en draagt bij aan een goede sfeer in het team.
