Hun diepgaande kennis van internationale regelgeving maakt hen dé partner voor grensoverschrijdende projecten. Met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en groei zijn zij klaar om hun team de komende jaren uit te breiden tot 250 medewerkers en hun productiecapaciteit te verhogen naar 100.000 m² per jaar.

Jobomschrijving

Voor deze job afwerker in Houthalen zal je volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Netjes afwerken: Je legt vloeren, plaatst binnendeuren en zet keukens en badkamermeubels in onze modulaire woningen. Ook de buitenkant (gevel) maak je mooi af met hout of panelen. Elk project is anders, dus je werk blijft afwisselend.
  • Werken met verschillende materialen: Of het nu om staal, hout of gipsplaten gaat – jij weet er altijd mee om te gaan.
  • Monteren en installeren: Je zet alles netjes in elkaar, soms alleen en soms samen met collega’s.
  • Kwaliteit controleren: Jij let op de details en zorgt ervoor dat alles er perfect uitziet en goed werkt.
  • Meedenken en verbeteren: Heb je een goed idee? Dat horen we graag! We moedigen je aan om mee te denken over hoe het werk nóg beter kan.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze vacature als afwerker in Houthalen is onze klant op zoek naar iemand die volgende zakeneigen is:

  • Je hebt ervaring met afwerken, timmerwerk, het plaatsen van interieur en/of gevelbekleding
  • Je weet hoe je om moet gaan met materialen zoals hout, gipsplaten, staal en laminaat
  • Je kunt goed overweg met gereedschap en machines en weet hoe je deze moet onderhouden
  • Je kijkt kritisch naar je werk: is het stevig, netjes en precies gemaakt?
  • Je denkt graag mee en komt met nieuwe ideeën om het werk slimmer of beter te doen
  • Je past je makkelijk aan en werkt zelfstandig, maar vraagt om hulp waar nodig
  • Je werkt graag samen met anderen, maar alleen werken vind je ook geen probleem
