Data Intelligence is een gevestigd team binnen AG Non-Life. Om onze impact te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een getalenteerde en gemotiveerde Business Analyst voor ons team Data & AI Intelligence.

Over de functie:

Je vertaalt zakelijke behoeften in duidelijke, datagedreven vereisten en inzichten die beslissingen onderbouwen en richting geven aan AI-/analytics-projecten. Je werkt samen met de business, IT-, data- en AI-teams om use cases vorm te geven, oplossingen te valideren en meetbare resultaten te garanderen. Een belangrijk deel van je functie bestaat erin PowerPoint-stories voor leidinggevenden te maken, die draagvlak creëren bij stakeholders en de implementatie ervan versnellen.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Vereisten en analyse: je verzamelt en documenteert de behoeften van de business. Je analyseert gegevens om bruikbare inzichten te genereren.
  • Inzichten en rapportering: je maakt dashboards (Power BI). Je levert ad-hocanalyses en doet duidelijke aanbevelingen.
  • Projectondersteuning: je speelt een coördinerende rol bij projectplanning, follow-up, tests en implementatie. Je beheert risico's en stelt documentatie op en houdt deze bij.
  • Betrokkenheid van stakeholders: je fungeert als schakel tussen de business, IT- en andere teams. Je faciliteert workshops in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Je bent een kei in communicatie en stakeholdermanagement. Je bent in staat om zowel een technisch als niet-technisch publiek aan te spreken.
  • AI en data-adoptie: je ondersteunt de integratie van AI-/GenAI-oplossingen en change management.
  • PowerPoint-storytelling: je maakt overtuigende decks met duidelijke verhalen, visuals en ROI om de besluitvorming te beïnvloeden en een consistente visuele standaard te handhaven.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Je hebt een diploma in bedrijfskunde, economie, informatiemanagement of een verwant vakgebied.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar (of meer) relevante ervaring als Business Analyst in dataprojecten, je kan in projectmodus werken (gestructureerde methodologieën, planning, coördinatie) en je hebt ervaring met het samenwerken in cross-functionele teams.
  • Analytisch ben je heel sterk. Je hebt ervaring met Excel, SQL en Power BI.
  • Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden op het vlak van communicatie en stakeholdermanagement.
  • Je bent een expert in PowerPoint-storytelling.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ken je de verzekeringssector en heb je ervaring met Microsoft Azure en/of Databricks? Dan heb je zeker een streepje voor!
