De afdeling Communication & Content Technology levert transversale digitale diensten aan verschillende businesslijnen ter ondersteuning van inkomende en uitgaande documentstromen.

Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor

  • Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de generatie van communicatie.
  • De elektronische of papieren verzending van deze communicatie naar klanten en partners.
  • De archivering van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie.
  • Samen met de Technical Designers vertaal je functionele projecten naar technische oplossingen op maat.
  • Orchestratie via geautomatiseerde processen.
  • Het testen, opvolgen en ondersteunen van onze diensten.

Je hebt een passie voor het ontwerpen van efficiënte functionele oplossingen en het ontwikkelen van applicaties. Om toekomstige uitdagingen aan te gaan, zoeken wij een Functional Analyst met ervaring en autonomie.

Je missie

  • Als Functional Designer vorm je de brug tussen architecten en ontwikkelaars.
  • Je ontwerpt efficiënte technische oplossingen en applicaties op basis van technische en functionele analyses, in lijn met de AG-standaarden.
  • Je ontwikkelt een diepgaande kennis van de assets die door meerdere applicaties worden gebruikt en beheerst de standaarden en integraties.
  • Je coördineert het werk van verschillende teamleden en draagt bij aan het behalen van functionele en operationele doelstellingen.
  • Je waarborgt de kwaliteit op lange termijn van de applicaties en platformen binnen jouw domein.
  • Je bereidt de nodige testcases voor en voert ze uit, en definieert regressietesten.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor functionele aspecten voor de projectleider en het management.

Herken je jezelf hierin?

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in functionele analyse of een gelijkwaardige functie.
  • Vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
  • Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en inzicht in complexe processen.
  • Ervaring met het opstellen van analyses en documentatie (UML, diagrammen, processen)
  • Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kunnen werken onder druk.
  • Vloeiende kennis van het Nederlands of Frans en Engels.
