Met bijna 700 zijn ze, onze IT-specialisten. Allemaal topcollega's die elke dag meebouwen aan de technologische (r)evolutie bij AG. Samen zijn ze aan de slag in 3 divisies:

  1. Information Systems is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van verzekeringstoepassingen.
  2. De teams van IT Architecture en DevOps zorgen voor de link tussen infrastructuur en applicaties. Hier vind je een aantal expertisecentra, zoals Data Warehouse, Microsoft.NET, Website Development, maar ook teams die werken rond Enterprise & Infrastructure Architecture, Cybersecurity, Middleware & Mainframe Development Support.
  3. Infrastructure & Operations is dan weer verantwoordelijk voor Infrastructure Engineering (server, Mainframe, network ...) en voor Operations (monitoring van toepassingen, helpdesk, job scheduling management...).

Voor elk van die divisies zijn we op zoek naar een IT Project Leader

  • Bij de start van het project zorg jij ervoor dat alle relevante partijen betrokken worden en het eens zijn over de scope en de objectieven.
  • Daarna ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de planning en implementatie van het project op dagelijkse basis.
  • Je zoekt voortdurend naar creatieve manieren om zo efficiënt mogelijk resultaten op te leveren.
  • Uiteraard anticipeer je op mogelijke risico's en problemen en hou je steeds rekening met de prioriteiten van de overkoepelende organisatie.
  • Ten slotte organiseer je de validatie van het project en ben je nauw betrokken bij de uitrol
  • Zo leid je jouw projectteam naar een succesvolle oplevering van het project.
  • Over projectmanagement kunnen ze jou niet veel meer leren. Workload en timing inschatten, een realistische planning maken, je resources efficiënt inzetten en professioneel communiceren met de betrokken partijen ... Been there, done that, and like it (a lot)!
  • Je hebt heel wat ervaring met softwareontwikkeling of het beheer van softwareinfrastructuur.
  • Een team motiveren, optimaal laten samenwerken en zo naar een hoger niveau stuwen? Piece of cake! Je krijgt er trouwens hopen energie van.
  • In welke taal je dat moet doen, maakt weinig uit voor jou. Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige professionele ervaring.
