La description de votre emploi

Je bent Business Developer / Prospectiemedewerker, verantwoordelijk voor pure prospectie:

  • Intern en zonder onderaanneming beslissingnemers op hoog niveau identificeren en contacteren (HR-directeurs, sitemanagers, directieleden) namens externe klanten
  • Gekwalificeerde afspraken vastleggen voor externe verkopers, zonder zelf het eindproduct te verkopen
  • Veeleisende gesprekspartners, die vaak al druk bezocht worden, overtuigen en hun aandacht vasthouden
  • Nauwgezette opvolging van je contacten en resultaten verzekeren
  • De uitstraling en geloofwaardigheid van onze klanten vertegenwoordigen bij elk contact

Les compétences requises

Vereiste competenties:

  • Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands (moedertaal of native niveau) — Frans is een plus
  • Eerste ervaring in afsprakenplanning of telefonische prospectie
  • Vlot in het overtuigen van gesprekspartners met verantwoordelijkheid (HR-directeurs, directie, sitemanagers)
