Nous recherchons un agent immobilier agréé IPI afin de renforcer prioritairement notre présence à Bruxelles, tout en lui laissant la liberté de développer des opportunités partout en Belgique.

Votre rôle : vos clients, vos dossiers, de A à Z

Du premier contact avec le propriétaire jusqu'à la signature de l'acte, vous restez l'interlocuteur de référence de vos clients. Vous construisez une relation de confiance et avez la satisfaction de mener chaque dossier jusqu'à son aboutissement.

Vos missions :

  • Développer votre portefeuille de biens et vos relations avec les propriétaires.
  • Réaliser les estimations et présenter notre offre de services.
  • Coordonner la mise en valeur et la commercialisation des biens.
  • Organiser les visites et assurer un suivi attentif des acquéreurs.
  • Mener les négociations et accompagner les transactions jusqu'à l'acte, en coordination avec les notaires.
  • Garantir des dossiers complets, un suivi rigoureux et une communication claire à chaque étape.

Profil recherché

  • Vous êtes agent immobilier agréé IPI et exercez sous statut indépendant, ou souhaitez rejoindre l'agence sous ce statut.
  • Vous disposez d'un solide sens commercial et savez prospecter, écouter et conseiller.
  • Autonome, rigoureux et organisé, vous accordez autant d'importance à la qualité de vos dossiers qu'à la satisfaction de vos clients.
  • Vous appréciez les échanges directs, les engagements tenus et le travail en équipe.
  • Une bonne connaissance du marché immobilier bruxellois est un atout.
  • Une agence à taille humaine, où votre implication est reconnue, les échanges sont directs et vos idées ont leur place.
  • Un rôle complet et valorisant, avec le suivi personnel de vos clients et de vos dossiers de A à Z.
  • Un positionnement commercial clair, associant des honoraires à 1 % HTVA* à un accompagnement complet.
  • Une mise en valeur soignée des biens, intégrant notamment photos professionnelles, plans et visites virtuelles.
  • La liberté de développer votre activité partout en Belgique, tout en contribuant en priorité à notre développement à Bruxelles.
  • Une collaboration sous statut indépendant avec une rémunération attractive.
  • Un fonctionnement hybride, combinant activité de terrain et gestion des dossiers à distance.
  • Une prise de fonction immédiate, selon votre disponibilité.

Les honoraires de 1 % HTVA sont facturés au vendeur, soit 1,21 % TVAC, avec un minimum de 2 500 € HTVA, soit 3 025 € TVAC. Ils sont distincts de la rémunération de l'agent.
