Als begeleider zet je die kwaliteiten in voor mensen met een verstandelijke beperking. Via een betaald werk-leertraject bij Ipse de Bruggen groei je uit tot begeleider gehandicaptenzorg. Wie zijn wij Bij Ipse de Bruggen geloven we dat goede zorg begint bij de juiste begeleiding van onze medewerkers. Daarom laten we je niet direct volledig meedraaien. Tijdens je eerste zes maanden word je boventallig ingezet en intensief begeleid door ervaren collega's. Je volgt: Een erkende MBO-opleiding in de gehandicaptenzorg Diverse interne trainingen en scholingen Persoonlijke coaching en begeleiding op de werkvloer Een uitgebreid introductieprogramma Praktijkleren in een ervaren team Zo ontwikkel je stap voor stap de kennis, vaardigheden en het zelfvertrouwen om zelfstandig als begeleider aan de slag te gaan. Jouw baan als Agent naar Zorg | Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg in Opleiding Als agent ben je gewend om signalen op te pikken, duidelijk te communiceren en professioneel te handelen in uitdagende situaties. Die ervaring komt goed van pas in de gehandicaptenzorg. Je begeleidt mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Je biedt structuur, duidelijkheid en veiligheid in het dagelijks leven. Je kijkt verder dan gedrag alleen en bouwt aan vertrouwen en ontwikkeling. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een veilige woonomgeving waarin cliënten zich gezien en begrepen voelen. Jouw profiel Je bent in het bezit van een vmbo-kaderdiploma. Heb je daarnaast een opleiding als agent (mbo niveau 2 of hoger) afgerond? Dan is dat een pré. Ook met een andere opleiding en relevante werkervaring ben je welkom om te solliciteren. Je bent goed in het behouden van overzicht, het creëren van structuur en het ondersteunen van cliënten wanneer zij dat nodig hebben. Je bent enthousiast en gedreven om een huiselijke en veilige omgeving te bieden aan ieder

Wat krijg je van ons Een unieke kans op een nieuwe carrière Een betaalde werk-leerplek binnen de gehandicaptenzorg De eerste 6 maanden boventallig ingewerkt Een erkende MBO-opleiding volledig vergoed Interne trainingen en scholingen Persoonlijke begeleiding en coaching De arbeidsvoorwaarden Een leerarbeidsovereenkomst, contracturen in overleg tussen de 24 en 32 uur. Alle opleidingskosten worden betaald en je krijgt per schooldag 4 uur studieverlof. Een bruto maandsalaris (tot 21 jaar) tussen € 1.983 – € 2.732 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO gehandicaptenzorg leerling. Een bruto maandsalaris (vanaf 21 jaar) tussen € 2.420 – € 3.708 op basis van 36 uur, conform CAO gehandicaptenzorg. Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en 8% vakantiegeld Reiskostenvergoeding en gratis parkeren op het terrein Een introductieprogramma om je goed voorbereid te laten starten Diverse trainings-, cursus- en opleidings- mogelijkheden Jaarlijks € 750,- fiscaal voordeel bij o.a. de aanschaf van een telefoon, laptop, tablet, fiets of het abonnement van jouw sportvereniging De mogelijkheid extra verlofuren fiscaal voordelig te kopen en te verkopen. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
