Innovatie zit diep verankerd in hun DNA, niet alleen binnen hun producten maar ook binnen hun IT-organisatie. Vandaag investeren ze sterk in digitalisering, automatisering en artificiële intelligentie. Binnen hun softwareafdeling bouwen ze aan een strategisch platform dat de volledige bedrijfsflow ondersteunt: van offerte en orderverwerking tot productie, logistiek en levering. Dit business-critical platform vormt een centrale pijler binnen hun langetermijnvisie en zal de komende jaren verder uitgebreid en geoptimaliseerd worden.

Jobomschrijving

Je maakt deel uit van een multidisciplinair team van developers, analisten, testers en architecten dat verantwoordelijk is voor de verdere ontwikkeling van een strategisch softwareplatform. Je ontwikkelt nieuwe functionaliteiten, optimaliseert bestaande processen en bouwt mee aan schaalbare oplossingen die dagelijks gebruikt worden binnen een internationale productieomgeving. Naast klassieke softwareontwikkeling krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan innovatieve AI-initiatieven. De organisatie zet vandaag al sterk in op AI-assisted software development en ontwikkelt daarnaast eigen AI-oplossingen die rechtstreeks geïntegreerd worden binnen hun bedrijfsprocessen en applicaties. Ze hebben ook hun interne AI-coach, die het team begeleidt om de tools op dezelfde manier te gebruiken. Je denkt mee over technische verbeteringen, softwarekwaliteit, architecturale keuzes en de verdere evolutie van het platform. Door de omvang en complexiteit van de omgeving krijg je de mogelijkheid om te werken aan uitdagende projecten met een directe impact op productie, logistiek en operationele efficiëntie.

  • Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in IT
  • Sterke werkervaring in .NET
  • Eerste ervaring met AI-ontwikkeling tools zoals Github Copilot, Claude...
  • Je bent gepassioneerd door AI
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband maar hebt ook de nodige zelfstandigheid
  • Je werkt in het Nederlands
