Als Agile Coach help je teams groeien naar meer voorspelbaarheid, eigenaarschap en duurzame verbeterkracht. Je komt terecht in een organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is op het gebied van wendbaarheid, samenwerking en continu verbeteren. Daarbij ligt de focus niet op het faciliteren van Scrum-events, maar op het realiseren van blijvende gedragsverandering en het vergroten van teamvolwassenheid. Je begeleidt teams, Product Owners en businessvertegenwoordigers in hun ontwikkeling naar meer zelfsturing, duidelijk eigenaarschap en betere samenwerking. Je weet patronen zichtbaar te maken, durft te confronteren waar nodig en helpt teams om structurele verbeteringen daadwerkelijk door te voeren. Daarbij werk je resultaat- en datagedreven en maak je de voortgang aantoonbaar. Je begeleidt twee teams intensief: één team functioneert al goed en vraagt vooral om verdere ontwikkeling, terwijl het andere team behoefte heeft aan meer verandering in mindset, samenwerking en eigenaarschap. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de Scrum- en Agile-community binnen de organisatie, waarin meerdere Scrum Masters werkzaam zijn met verschillende werkwijzen en volwassenheidsniveaus.
