1 Agile Full-Stack Engineer (d/f/m) ab 30h/Woche Als Software Engineer (d/f/m) arbeitest Du in einem cross-funktionalen agilen Team an einer skalierbaren Web-Anwendung, die vielen Schulen auf der ganzen Welt hilft, ihren Schultag zu verwalten. Du entwickelst großartige Produkt-Features in modernen Programmiersprachen und arbeitest mit anderen Teams und Kolleg*innen zusammen. Außerdem setzt Du dein Know-how für eine gute Sache ein, die Millionen von Menschen in der Bildungsbranche zugute kommt. Du lernst gemeinsam mit deinem Team und innerhalb eurer Community of Practice.

Gehalt

Marktorientierte Gehaltsspanne zwischen € 45.000-€ 77.000 brutto pro Jahr (38,5h/Woche und kein All-in). Abhängig von Deiner Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

Wesentliche Fähigkeiten für Deine Mission * Allem voran sind wir auf der Suche nach schlauen Köpfen, denen Spaß an der Arbeit wichtig ist und mit denen die Zusammenarbeit Freude macht.

* Know-how über komplexe Systemlandschaften, Entwurfsmuster und Clean-Code-Ansätze.

* Freude daran, Architekturentscheidungen mitzugestalten und Systeme langfristig skalierbar, wartbar und performant weiterzuentwickeln.

* Kenntnisse mit Backend-Technologien wie Java, Hibernate, Spring.

* Kenntnisse mit Frontend-Technologien wie HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript oder TypeScript.

* Du bringst einen DevOps-Mindset mit und übernimmst Verantwortung für den gesamten Lebenszyklus deiner Software; von der Implementierung über Testing bis hin zu Deployment

* Erfahrung mit REST/SOAP-Diensten in einem Microservice-Kontext.

* Kenntnisse oder Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierungs-Tools und -Frameworks (PlayWright, Selenium, WebDriver, Cucumber/Gherkin) von Vorteil.

* Du solltest begeistert davon sein, testbare Software zu entwickeln und die bestehende Testabdeckung kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

* Gute Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail.

* Kenntnisse über agile Prozesse und Prinzipien sowie praktische Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden.

* Affinität für KI-Themen und Tools (v.a. im Arbeitskontext) und Interesse, dieses Thema im Unternehmen weiter voranzutreiben.

* Gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch. Wir bieten zusätzlich Unterstützung beim Erlernen der deutschen Sprache.

Zusätzliche Fertigkeiten, die von Vorteil sein können: * Erfahrung mit CI/CD, containerisierten Diensten und Anwendungen (z. B. Docker, Kubernetes) oder vergleichbaren Technologien.

* Erfahrung mit Domain-Driven Design (DDD) oder Interesse daran, fachliche Domänen gemeinsam mit Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams zu modellieren.

* Ein Schwerpunkt im Frontend-Bereich.
