Zij motiveren om effectiever te werken door het aanleren en toepassen van moderne Agile technieken. Zij helpen hun klanten met interim kwaliteitsrollen, zoals Agile Coaches, Product Owners, Test Consultants en Test Automatiseerders. Jouw rol Als Agile Tester ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het functioneel en technisch testen van softwareproducten en/of applicaties bij de opdrachtgever. Je zorgt ervoor dat bugs worden voorkomen en dat de eindgebruiker de beste gebruikservaring krijgt. Je moet daarbij een goed oog hebben voor hoe softwarematige producten zo goed mogelijk aan kunnen sluiten op wensen van de klant of gebruiker. Je maakt deel uit van een zelfsturend team van developers dat erop gericht is om een steeds beter (software)product op te leveren, door dit continu te optimaliseren. Jouw profiel - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - ruim twee jaar werkervaring als (Agile) tester; - kennis/ervaring met Agile en testautomatisering; - een passie voor app- en software ontwikkeling; - een goede focus en heldere blik op projecten; - zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden; - een transparante werkwijze; - kennis op het gebied van programmeer talen.
