The posting

Als flexodrukker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het instellen, onderhouden en afstellen van de drukpersen en het oplossen van eventuele technische problemen die zich tijdens het productieproces voordoen.

Volgende zaken horen tot jouw takenpakket:

  • Bedienen van een flexodrukpers om drukwerkproducten te produceren volgens de vooropgestelde planning en specificaties;
  • Je staat mee in voor het ombouwen (folieloop, sleeves, inkten, rakels,...) en afstellen (snelheid, bedrukking, kleuren,...) van de drukmachine;
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit van het drukwerk en het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces;
  • Reinigen en onderhouden van de machines;
  • Melden en opvolgen van technische- en kwaliteitsproblemen;
  • Naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures;
  • Door het volgen van specifieke procedures zorg je ervoor dat de bedrukte folierollen correct worden verpakt en opgeslagen kunnen worden. Je springt bij waar je kan om andere teamleden te helpen.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een grafische opleiding, ervaring of scholing in drukprocessen. Motivatie om alles aan te leren is minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht en hebt een probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een computer en software.
  • Je leergierige en gedreven attitude maakt dat je een perfecte aanvulling bent voor de onderneming.
