Onze klant uit Breendonk is een stabiele en groeiende speler binnen de wegenbouw en infrastructuur. Voor hun asfaltwerken zijn ze op zoek naar een volledige, ervaren asfaltploeg die samen de overstap wil maken naar een nieuwe uitdaging.

Jullie ploeg:

We zijn op zoek naar een volledige asfaltploeg bestaande uit:

  • 2 walsmachinisten
  • 2 à 3 finisheroperatoren
  • 1 machinist voor de borstelwagen met rijbewijs CE

Als ploeg werken jullie samen aan verschillende wegenbouw- en infrastructuurprojecten in België.

Jullie job?

Samen staan jullie in voor een kwalitatieve, veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van asfaltwerken.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Bedienen van de finisher voor het correct aanbrengen van asfaltlagen;
  • Uitvoeren van verdichtingswerken met de wals;
  • Voorbereiden en reinigen van werfzones met de borstelwagen;
  • Controleren van laagdiktes, kwaliteit en afwerking;
  • Samen zorgen voor een vlotte voortgang van de asfaltwerken;
  • Correct en zorgvuldig omgaan met machines en materiaal;
  • Veilig en ordelijk werken op de werf;
  • Goed communiceren en samenwerken binnen de ploeg.

Jullie:

  • hebben ervaring met asfalt- en wegenbouwwerken;
  • zijn goed op elkaar ingespeeld;
  • werken zelfstandig en nemen verantwoordelijkheid;
  • hebben oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie;
  • zijn praktisch ingesteld en denken mee op de werf;
  • gaan zorgvuldig om met machines en materiaal;
  • werken graag samen en hebben respect voor collega's;
  • zijn flexibel wanneer de planning dit vraagt;
  • zijn bereid om vroeg op te starten wanneer de werkzaamheden dit vereisen.

Belangrijk: de machinist van de borstelwagen beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs CE.
