Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde bouwpartner actief in heel België, met een sterke focus op industriële renovaties en totaalprojecten.

Om hun operationele teams te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar meerdere Teamleaders / Ploegbazen voor de afdeling Dakwerken.

Als Teamleader werk je dagelijks nauw samen met een klein team van 2 à 3 collega's en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ploeg aansturing en de correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

Jouw takenpakket:

-Je geeft leiding aan een team van ongeveer 2 medewerkers

-Je richt de werf in volgens de eisen en veiligheidsstandaarden van de klant

-Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige operationele proces: van voorbereiding tot afwerking

-Je past de veiligheidsregels strikt toe en ziet toe op naleving binnen je team

-Je zorgt voor een correcte installatie van valbeveiliging indien nodig

-Je werkt dagelijks aan de renovatie van platte industriële daken

-Je werkt met materialen zoals Resitrix, EPDM, Roofing

-Je plaatst isolatie en randafwerking (PVC en thermische isolatie).

-Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring met industriële dakwerken

-Je beschikt over een geldig VCA-attest

-Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B of BE en eigen vervoer

-Je zet veiligheid steeds op de eerste plaats

-Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe (vroege start of langere dag is geen probleem)

-Je bent gemotiveerd om samen met het team kwalitatief werk af te leveren.
