The posting

Als Service Planner bij onze klant in Evergem, zal je een gevarieerd takenpakket hebben. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het onderhouden van contacten met zowel Nederlandstalige als Franstalige klanten via e-mail. Daarnaast zul je instaan voor de administratieve opvolging van interne en externe herstellingen en onderhoudscontracten, inclusief offertebeheer, calculatie, opmaak van interne werkfiches en rapportfiches voor de klant, bestelbonnen, werkbonnen, en meer. Ook zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bestellen en opvolgen van wisselstukken bij de leverancier, de planning van de service technieker, het opvolgen van werkuren en vakantieregeling van collega's, en het beheren van afvalstromen. Het betreft een deeltijdse functie van 22 uur per week, waarbij de exacte uren en werkdagen bespreekbaar zijn.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze functie, dien je te beschikken over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Sterke kennis van Excel en algemene PC-vaardigheden (MS Office, enz.) zijn vereist. Daarnaast is een zeer goede beheersing van het Nederlands en een redelijke kennis van het Frans noodzakelijk. Affiniteit voor nauwkeurige administratie en efficiënte processen is belangrijk, evenals de bereidheid om mee te denken met de organisatie en collega's.
