Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in mechanical engineering van clean utilities en piping voor de chemische en farmaceutische industrie.

Als Industrial Contract Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en uitbouw van E&I onderhoudscontracten. Je realiseert sterke kwalitatieve en financiële resultaten en beheert daarnaast E&I projecten binnen jouw klantenportefeuille. Jouw absolute prioriteit is klantentevredenheid.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instaan voor het contract- en resultaatmanagement door de technische en financiële voortgang te bewaken, contract kick-offs en reviews te organiseren, rendabele onderhandelingen te voeren en prestaties continu te optimaliseren
  • Ontwikkelen van duurzame klantrelaties door klanteneisen te analyseren, opportuniteiten te detecteren en contracten en raamakkoorden te onderhandelen
  • Bouwen, sturen en motiveren van performante teams gedurende de volledige contractlooptijd, met duidelijke rollen, heldere communicatie en ownership nemen bij conflictsituaties
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie door toe te zien op HSEQ voorschriften, middelen optimaal in te zetten en samen te werken met ondersteunende diensten
  • Coördineren van aankoop en subcontracting vanaf de offertefase en beheren van alle contractuele, juridische en procuratie-aspecten
  • Bewaken van de financiële gezondheid van contracten en projecten door kosten, marges, cashflow, facturatie, risico's en claims nauwgezet op te volgen

Jouw profiel:

  • Ervaring in contract- en projectmanagement binnen een technische/industriële context (E&I en/of elektriciteit)
  • Sterk financieel inzicht in kosten, marges, cashflow, facturatie en claims
  • Ervaring met contractonderhandelingen en commercieel beheer
  • Kennis van en werken volgens HSEQ -, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Inzicht in aankoop, subcontracting en basis contractuele/juridische principes
  • Vlotte omgang met ERP- en rapporteringstools zoals SAP en BI
  • Vlot communicatief in het Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een plus
  • Aansturen: richting en sturing geven aan een groep zodat de (vastgestelde) doelen gerealiseerd worden
  • Commercieel en klantgericht: de wensen en de behoeften van de verschillende klanten binnen en buiten de organisatie zien en er adequaat op reageren
  • Resultaatgericht: actief gericht zijn op het concretiseren van vooropgestelde doelen en het behalen van de resultaten
  • Stressbestendig: op gepaste wijze blijven presteren bij toenemende of afnemende werkdruk, bij oppositie of tegenslag
  • Analyse: een problematiek zodanig ontleden en op zoek gaan naar relevante informatie zodat met tot een grondig begrip en oplossing ervan komt
  • Besluitvaardig: op basis van (soms onvolledige) kennis van de alternatieven en risico's, toch een beslissing nemen over de verdere acties
