Voor onze klant, een gerennomeerde supermarkt, zijn we op zoek naar een Regioverantwoordelijke Beenhouwerij in Vlaams-Brabant.

Als Regioverantwoordelijke Beenhouwerij ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de operationele, commerciële en kwalitatieve werking van de beenhouwerijen in 7 supermarkten binnen jouw regio . Je zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen worden behaald, teams optimaal functioneren en klanten dagelijks kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit, service en correcte prijszetting. Jouw taken:

  • Operationeel beheer Toezien op de dagelijkse werking van de beenhouwerijen binnen de regio. Ad hoc oplossen van operationele, personele en organisatorische problemen. Ondersteunen van teams bij de bereiding en presentatie van producten waar nodig. Waken over naleving van hygiëne-, kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
  • Commercieel en financieel beheer Behalen van vooraf vastgelegde omzet-, marge- en rendementsdoelstellingen. Zorgen voor een correcte en consistente prijszetting van het volledige productgamma. Analyseren van commerciële resultaten, KPI's en afwijkingen, en bijsturen waar nodig. Optimaliseren van assortiment, beschikbaarheid en productpresentatie.
  • People management & coaching Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van beenhouwerijteams. Creëren van een positieve teamsfeer en een professionele werkcultuur. Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers binnen de regio. Signaleren van opleidingsbehoeften en ondersteunen van kennisdeling.
  • Klantgerichtheid & kwaliteit Bewaken van een hoog niveau van klantenservice en beleving in elke winkel. Zorgen voor uniforme kwaliteitsstandaarden over alle vestigingen heen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring als beenhouwer (verplicht) en een sterke kennis van producten, bereidingen en hygiëneregels.
  • Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en bent in staat meerdere teams/winkels aan te sturen.
  • Je combineert operationele vakkennis met commercieel inzicht (omzet, marge, prijszetting, KPI's).
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, neemt initiatief en lost problemen snel en doeltreffend op.
  • Je bent een coachende leider met oog voor kwaliteit, klantbeleving en teamsfeer.
  • Je kan vlot schakelen in een dynamische retailomgeving en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
