The posting

Je start in de late ploeg (14u00 – 22u00), zodat je de tijd krijgt om het logistieke proces, de werking van de organisatie en het team grondig te leren kennen. Na deze opleidingsperiode neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor de nachtploeg.

In deze functie zorg je voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het team en een vlotte en efficiënte werking van de logistieke processen. Je hebt daarbij oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en een goede teamsfeer.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opleiding en inwerking: je start in de late ploeg om de werking, processen en collega's goed te leren kennen.
  • Aansturing van het team: je coördineert de nachtploeg, verdeelt de taken en zorgt voor een goede werkorganisatie.
  • Opvolging van de logistieke processen: je houdt toezicht op de verschillende activiteiten, zoals goederenontvangst, opslag, picking en verzending.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid: je ziet erop toe dat procedures correct worden gevolgd en dat de veiligheidsvoorschriften worden nageleefd.
  • Coaching en begeleiding: je ondersteunt en motiveert medewerkers en draagt bij aan een aangename en productieve werkomgeving.
  • Probleemoplossing: je detecteert operationele problemen snel en zorgt voor een gepaste oplossing.
  • Communicatie en rapportage: je zorgt voor een duidelijke overdracht en rapporteert belangrijke aandachtspunten en resultaten aan het management.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau, bij voorkeur binnen logistiek, management of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een logistieke of warehouseomgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en steekt graag zelf de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om in de late en nachtploeg te werken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiëntie.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, neemt initiatief en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met planning, opvolging en rapportage.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
