The posting

Voor onze klant, een groeiende speler gespecialiseerd in lifttechnologie, zijn we op zoek naar een Technical Assistant voor de afdeling Modernisatie & Grote Herstellingen. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg je voor de technische voorbereiding van projecten, ondersteun je de commerciële diensten met passend advies en vorm je de brug tussen projectleiders, techniekers op de werf en leveranciers.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bieden van technisch advies en ondersteuning bij het uitwerken van oplossingen voor modernisaties en herstellingen
  • Uitvoeren van werf- en plaatsbezoeken om opmetingen te doen en de benodigde technische data te verzamelen
  • Vroegtijdig in kaart brengen van mogelijke knelpunten en deze communiceren naar de betrokken partijen
  • Bestellen van de nodige materialen en opvolgen dat leveringen tijdig op de werf arriveren
  • Schakelen met leveranciers bij vragen of vertragingen en de projectleider hierover informeren
  • Fungeren als centraal technisch aanspreekpunt voor accountmanagers, projectleiders en wervingsploegen
  • Waarborgen dat alle adviezen en ontwerpen voldoen aan de huidige normen en wetgeving binnen de liftsector
  • Actief bewaken van de veiligheids- en VGM-voorschriften op de werven
  • Je beschikt over een A1/A2-diploma Elektronica, Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen de liftsector met een grondige kennis van liftinstallaties
  • Ervaring met modernisatieprojecten, grote herstellingswerken of technische projectvoorbereiding is een sterke troef
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, werkt zelfstandig en volgt bestellingen en afspraken gestructureerd op
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van MS Office en bent leergierig om bedrijfsspecifieke software aan te leren
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands; kennis van het Frans of Engels is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt graag vanuit de vestiging in Eke en bent bereid om verplaatsingen te maken naar werven in de regio
