Voor onze klant, een dynamische onderneming met een sterke reputatie in een innovatieve nichesector, zijn wij op zoek naar een organisatorisch talent om het planningsteam te versterken. In deze sleutelrol word je de onmisbare schakel die zorgt voor een vlekkeloze goederenstroom en een optimale inzet van het wagenpark. Na een grondig en intensief inwerktraject op de werkvloer, krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om samen met ervaren collega's de dagelijkse operationele puzzel te leggen en snel te schakelen bij onvoorziene uitdagingen.

  • Coördineren en optimaliseren van de volledige logistieke keten, vanaf de orderontvangst tot en met de uiteindelijke aflevering.
  • Opstellen van een efficiënte planning voor de chauffeurs en voertuigen, met nauwkeurige bewaking van de transporttijden.
  • Fungeren als het centrale, betrouwbare aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en het opbouwen van een sterke professionele relatie met hen.
  • Proactief anticiperen op logistieke knelpunten en het accuraat oplossen van dagelijkse incidenten onderweg.
  • Correct opvolgen en verwerken van de transportdocumentatie en het strikt toezien op de wettelijke regelgeving binnen de sector.
  • Administratief beheren en van A tot Z afhandelen van binnenkomende transportaanvragen.
  • Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan de verdere digitalisering en optimalisering van de interne planningssoftware en werkprocessen.
  • Je hebt reeds relevante praktijkervaring opgebouwd binnen een plannings- of logistieke functie, waardoor je ook op hectische momenten het overzicht bewaart.
  • Een aangeboren passie voor transport en logistiek, gecombineerd met een sterke drang naar structuur en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; je bent vlot in de omgang en kunt vlot communiceren met zowel collega-planners als chauffeurs.
  • Uitstekende talenkennis: je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en durft je daarnaast vlot uit te drukken in het Frans en het Engels.
  • Digitaal vaardig; je pikt nieuwe IT-systemen en gespecialiseerde softwarepakketten snel op.
  • Een flexibele teamplayer die graag in een ploegensysteem werkt en energie krijgt van een gezamenlijk groepsresultaat.
