Als Adviseur Verkoper ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt binnen het filiaal. Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Klanten adviseren over producten en toepassingen op een klantgerichte en professionele manier
  • Samen met de klant zoeken naar de meest geschikte oplossing voor hun project
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en bestellingen
  • Klanten informeren over lopende acties en promoties
  • Het assortiment voor werf, huis en tuin actief voorstellen aan klanten
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's en de buitendienst voor een vlotte klantenopvolging
  • Zorgen voor een optimale klantenbeleving en een correcte service
  • Snel schakelen en het overzicht bewaren tijdens drukke momenten

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste kandidaat die commercieel denkt en graag klanten verder helpt.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële of verkoopgerichte functie
  • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht of hebt een sterke interesse in technische producten
  • Kennis van sanitair, elektriciteit of beslag vormt een mooie meerwaarde
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, communicatief en servicegericht
  • Je denkt actief mee met de klant en hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
  • Je neemt initiatief en durft verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen
  • Je blijft rustig en georganiseerd, ook tijdens piekmomenten
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken
