Als Performance Marketeer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van digitale advertisingcampagnes. Je combineert cijfers en inzichten met commerciële flair om maximale resultaten te behalen.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van Google Ads-campagnes binnen Search, Performance Max, Shopping en Display.
  • Het uitwerken en opvolgen van social advertising campagnes via onder meer Facebook en Instagram.
  • Het ontwikkelen van YouTube-campagnes gericht op merkbekendheid, traffic en conversies.
  • Het analyseren van campagneprestaties aan de hand van KPI's zoals ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM en conversieratio.
  • Het uitvoeren van A/B-testen en experimenten rond advertenties, doelgroepen, biedstrategieën en landingspagina's.
  • Het opstellen van duidelijke content-briefings ter ondersteuning van campagnes.
  • Het detecteren van opportuniteiten rond AI en automatisering binnen marketingprocessen.
  • Het samenwerken met content- en CRM-specialisten om de customer journey verder te optimaliseren.
  • Het identificeren van nieuwe groeikansen binnen verschillende doelgroepen, markten en kanalen.
  • Het opmaken van rapportages en het vertalen van data naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Het beheren van advertentiebudgetten en het maken van realistische forecasts.
  • Het ondersteunen van verschillende merken binnen de organisatie wanneer nodig.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een gedreven professional die strategisch kan denken, maar ook graag operationeel aan de slag gaat.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring binnen performance marketing, digital advertising of online marketing.
  • Ervaring binnen retail of een marketingagency is een sterke plus.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van Google Ads, Google Merchant Center en Google Analytics 4.
  • Ervaring met Meta Ads Manager, social advertising en YouTube Advertising is mooi meegenomen.
  • Kennis van conversietracking, Shopping-campagnes, feedmanagement en attributiemodellen vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits is een troef gezien de internationale context.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet data om te zetten in commerciële inzichten.
  • Je werkt proactief, resultaatgericht en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je combineert een creatieve mindset met een sterke commerciële focus.
  • Je communiceert vlot met diverse stakeholders en werkt graag samen met collega's uit verschillende disciplines.
