The posting

Als Productie- en aankoopverantwoordelijke neem je een centrale rol op binnen de organisatie. Je staat in voor zowel de operationele aansturing van de productie als de opvolging van de aankopen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten.
  • Afstemmen van de verschillende afdelingen zodat processen vlot verlopen.
  • Bewaken van productieplanning, timings en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Signaleren van verbeterpunten en optimaliseren van werkprocessen.
  • Zorgen voor de tijdige aankoop en levering van grondstoffen en goederen.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadniveaus en anticiperen op productiebehoeften.
  • Werken met het ERP-systeem en ondersteunen van collega's bij het gebruik ervan.

Voor deze functie kijken we uit naar een kandidaat die graag verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en sterk is in organisatie en communicatie.

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over leidinggevende vaardigheden en durft beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, respectvol en resultaatgericht.
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer meerdere processen gelijktijdig lopen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-pakket en kan collega's hierin ondersteunen.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een mensgerichte aanpak.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
  • Kennis van Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring binnen meubelproductie of een vergelijkbare productieomgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
