Heb jij een passie voor hout en interesse in moderne CNC-technologie? Werk je graag met machines en haal je voldoening uit nauwkeurig maatwerk? Dan is deze functie als CNC Operator Hout misschien wel iets voor jou!

Je komt terecht bij een groeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hout en plaatmateriaal voor interieur- en exterieurtoepassingen. Naast de verkoop van hout worden er verschillende materialen op maat verzaagd en bewerkt met een modern, uitgebreid CNC-machinepark.

Jouw functie

Als CNC Operator sta je in voor het bedienen van verschillende CNC-gestuurde machines. Je zorgt ervoor dat hout en plaatmateriaal op een correcte en kwalitatieve manier wordt verwerkt volgens de wensen van de klant.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van een CNC-gestuurde opdeelzaag
  • Bedienen van de kantenaanlijmmachine
  • Bedienen van CNC-freesmachines
  • Verzagen en bewerken van hout en plaatmateriaal op maat
  • Controleren van de kwaliteit en afmetingen van de afgewerkte producten
  • Correct en veilig instellen en bedienen van de machines
  • Zorgen voor een ordelijke en veilige werkplek
  • Waar nodig klanten verder helpen en adviseren
  • Samenwerken met collega's om bestellingen correct en tijdig af te werken

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse of passie voor houtbewerking
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met houtbewerking, CNC-machines of een technische opleiding gevolgd
  • Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde kandidaten met de juiste technische interesse komen in aanmerking
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en werkt nauwkeurig
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en werkt graag samen met collega's
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt goed Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent flexibel naar werkuren toe
  • Je vindt het geen probleem om afwisselend vroeg en laat te werken
  • Je bent bereid om 1 op 2 zaterdagen te werken
  • Een heftruckattest is een pluspunt

Werkuren

Je werkt in een afwisselend uurrooster met een vroege en late ploeg.

Vroege ploeg:

  • Maandag: 06u30 – 12u00 en 13u00 – 16u30
  • Dinsdag: 06u30 – 12u00
  • Woensdag: 06u30 – 12u00
  • Donderdag: 06u30 – 12u00 en 13u00 – 16u30
  • Vrijdag: 06u30 – 12u00 en 13u00 – 16u30

Late ploeg:

  • Maandag t.e.m. vrijdag: 13u00 – 16u45 en 17u15 – 19u30
  • Zaterdag: 08u00 – 12u00 en 13u00 – 17u00
  • Zondag: vrij

Je werkt gemiddeld 38 uur per week. In de late ploeg werk je ongeveer één zaterdag op twee.
