The posting

Wij zoeken een Onderhoudstechnieker met sterke focus op elektrische installaties, maar die ook mechanische kennis kan inzetten om de continuïteit van onze productie te verzekeren. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het opsporen, analyseren en herstellen van elektrische en mechanische storingen, en werkt mee aan preventief onderhoud en moderniseringsprojecten.

Jouw belangrijkste taken

  • Elektrisch onderhoud (hoofdfocus):
  • Opsporen en herstellen van elektrische storingen aan ovens, gietlijn en site-installaties.
  • Uitvoeren van preventief en curatief onderhoud aan elektrische installaties en geautomatiseerde systemen.
  • Lezen, interpreteren en actualiseren van elektrische schema's.
  • Storingsanalyse op motoren, sensoren, frequentieregelaars en beveiligingssystemen.
  • Mechanisch onderhoud (ondersteunend): Demontage, revisie en montage van onderdelen (lagers, assen, pompen, transportbanden, hydraulische en pneumatische systemen). Uitlijnen, afstellen en smeren van machines en aandrijvingen.
  • Algemeen: Assisteren bij moderniseringsprojecten en technische verbeteringen. Naleven van veiligheidsnormen en interne procedures bij elke interventie.
  • Bachelor in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving (bij voorkeur zware industrie).
  • Sterke kennis van elektriciteit: industriële elektriciteit (HT/BT, schakelkasten, bekabeling), PLC's (Siemens gelijkwaardig), storingsanalyse op motoren en automatisatie.
  • Aanvullende kennis van mechanica is een pluspunt: lagers, transmissies, hydrauliek, pneumatica, basis lassen en verspaning.
  • Kennis of ervaring met DISAMATIC 270 gietlijnen is een pluspunt.
  • Eigenschappen: nauwkeurig, analytisch, probleemoplossend, zelfstandig en teamgericht.
  • Wens om zich te engageren in een stabiel en duurzaam project op lange termijn.
