The posting

Wij zoeken een ervaren IT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer die ons IT-team in Turnhout versterkt. Je werkt mee aan het dagelijks beheer en de verdere ontwikkeling van onze IT-omgeving, met een combinatie van traditionele on-premise infrastructuur, Microsoft 365 en Microsoft Azure.

We zoeken geen specialist die zich uitsluitend op één technologie richt, maar een allround IT-professional die begrijpt hoe de verschillende onderdelen van een IT-omgeving met elkaar samenhangen. Je krijgt de ruimte om je bestaande kennis toe te passen en je verder te ontwikkelen richting cloudinfrastructuur, security en automatisering.

  • Beheer en optimalisatie van de Windows Server-omgeving, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID en Microsoft 365.
  • Beheer van werkplekken en mobiele toestellen via Microsoft Intune.
  • Onderhoud van de IT-infrastructuur, waaronder Hyper-V, netwerken, connectiviteit en FortiGate-firewalls.
  • Analyseren en oplossen van netwerk- en infrastructuurproblemen (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls en VPN's).
  • Ondersteunen bij het beheer en de verdere uitbouw van de Microsoft Azure-omgeving.
  • Automatiseren van terugkerende beheertaken met onder andere PowerShell.
  • Monitoren van de infrastructuur en proactief detecteren en aanpakken van potentiële problemen.
  • Ondersteunen van security-, identity- en accessmanagementprocessen.
  • Oplossen van operationele incidenten en documenteren van infrastructuur, configuraties en beheerprocedures
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelordiploma in Toegepaste Informatica, Elektronica-ICT, Systeem- en Netwerkbeheer, Cloud- en Cybersecurity of een vergelijkbare IT-richting. Een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring en technische certificeringen komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring als system engineer, infrastructure engineer, system administrator of in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Kennis van Windows Server en Active Directory.
  • Ervaring met Microsoft 365.
  • Kennis van networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls en VPN's.
  • Ervaring met virtualisatie, bij voorkeur Hyper-V, Microsoft Entra ID en Intune.
  • Affiniteit met Microsoft Azure en de ambitie om je kennis hiervan verder uit te bouwen.
  • Ervaring met PowerShell of interesse in het automatiseren van beheertaken.
  • Frans en Engels zijn onze voertalen, dus je spreekt en schrijft vlot in beide talen.

Ervaring met FortiGate, Azure networking, monitoring, backup & recovery, security is geen vereiste, maar wel mooi meegenomen.

We vinden het daarnaast belangrijk dat je gestructureerd werkt en niet alleen een probleem oplost, maar ook probeert te begrijpen waarom iets fout is gegaan en hoe we kunnen voorkomen dat hetzelfde probleem opnieuw optreedt.

Je werkt daardoor met traditionele IT-componenten zoals Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V en networking, maar ook met Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune en Azure.

Onze cloudomgeving blijft zich ontwikkelen. Je hoeft daarom geen Azure-expert te zijn wanneer je bij ons begint. Affiniteit met cloudtechnologie en de motivatie om je Azure-kennis verder uit te bouwen vinden we wel belangrijk
