Voor een bedrijf te Lommel zijn we op zoek naar een Mechanical HVAC Engineer.

Als Mechanical HVAC Engineer rapporteer je aan de Technische Manaher en ben je verantwoordelijk voor... - Alle aspecten van HVAC/ nutsinstallaties - Het uitvoeren, controleren en opvolgen van de assemblage tijdens de uitvoeringsfase met de onderaannemer en het beheren van het postfabricageproces samen met je team - Verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten van HVAC-ontwerp en -beheer tijdens de bouwfase - Ontwikkelen van ontwerpdocumenten en systeemschema's in alle ontwerpfasen - Besluiten over een bewezen ervaring systeemontwerp, belasting en systeemberekeningen, HVAC-systeemmodellering, hydraulische analyse van lucht- en watersystemen - Specificeren van de meest geschikte systemen en apparatuur voor de gebruikerseisen, schema's voorstellen, de capaciteiten van apparatuur berekenen en de leiding- en kanaalsystemen met al hun componenten bepalen - Coördinatie met andere disciplines - Het begeleiden van de aannemer tijdens de uitvoeringsfase en het zorgen voor een correcte implementatie van de ontworpen systemen - Het opstarten van deze systemen organiseren, opvolgen en het verzekeren van hun validatie. Na het opstarten, het vermogen om volledige systemen van HVAC, bluswater, chemisch water, infrastructuur enz. te gebruiken en te beheren - De chemische waterbehandelingsinstallatie (met onderaannemer) volgens de bekende Belgische regelgeving - Garanderen van een perfect werkende schoon- en afvalwaterinfrastructuur volgens de voorschriften - Milieubewakingssystemen zullen deel uitmaken van je engineering scope - Leveren van engineeringdiensten ter ondersteuning van het oplossen van problemen met nutsvoorzieningen - Het verzorgen van liften (personeel en goederen) tijdens de bouwfase voor de installatie - Deelnemen aan of leiden van diverse projecten op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde

- Master in (industriële) engineering (of gelijkwaardig door aantoonbare ervaring) - Minstens 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van HVAC, in de procesindustrie - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden met alle belanghebbenden in het Nederlands en Engels (gesproken en geschreven) - Zeer gemotiveerd en leergiering om je kennis binnen je vakgebied te verbreden - Kunnen functioneren in een team om samen het volledige project te realiseren - Sterke people management vaardigheden - Een dynamische persoonlijkheid, een proactieve en innovatieve benadering van het werk - Beschikken over een systematische analytische aanpak met een scherp verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel ten aanzien van projectfinanciën, projectplanning en kennisdeling met collega\'s in het algemeen - Goede kennis van mechanica zoals: * Ventilatie-installaties (HVAC) * Loodgieterswerk * Chemische waterzuiveringsinstallaties * Brandblussystemen * Industriële airconditioners * Personeels- en goederenliften * Schoonwater- en afvalwaterinfrastructuursystemen
