Als onderhoudstechnieker speel jij een cruciale rol binnen de technische dienst. Jij combineert elektrische kennis met mechanisch inzicht en werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Preventief en correctief elektrisch onderhoud uitvoeren aan technische installaties
  • Installeren en opstarten van nieuwe machines in samenwerking met leveranciers
  • Montage en aanpassingen uitvoeren aan elektrische installaties
  • Installeren van PLC's en periferieapparatuur
  • Ondersteunen bij mechanisch, pneumatisch en hydraulisch onderhoud
  • Uitvoeren van occasionele draai- en freesbewerkingen
  • Tekenen van elektrische en pneumatische schema's (bijv. in See Electrical)
  • Schetsen en bematen van mechanische onderdelen
  • Reinigen van productiemachines in functie van onderhoudswerken

Dankzij jouw expertise beperk je stilstanden en verhoog je de betrouwbaarheid van de installaties.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

  • Bachelor in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker of maintenance technician
  • Sterke kennis van elektrische technieken (vereist)
  • Kennis van mechanische, pneumatische en hydraulische systemen
  • Ervaring met PLC-programmatie en periferie
  • Je kan elektrische en pneumatische schema's tekenen
  • Ervaring met draai- en freesbewerkingen is een plus
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open voor bijscholing
