Als onderhoudstechnieker zorg je ervoor dat de technische installaties optimaal blijven functioneren. Je takenpakket is gevarieerd en omvat onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan mechanische uitrustingen, zoals reinigen, smeren, afstellen en controleren.
  • Controleren van de werking van installaties en opvolgen van belangrijke parameters zoals druk, debiet en temperatuur.
  • Opsporen van technische storingen en herstellen of vervangen van defecte mechanische componenten.
  • Correct testen, afstellen en opnieuw in bedrijf stellen van herstelde onderdelen en installaties.
  • Aanpassen en optimaliseren van mechanische onderdelen en systemen volgens de noden van de installatie.
  • Nauwgezet volgen van onderhoudsprocedures, technische fiches en werkinstructies.
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden aan collega's binnen de afdelingen tank- en bodemsanering.
  • Correct registreren van interventies en rapporteren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Bestellen van noodzakelijke onderdelen en materialen via de aankoopdienst.
  • Tijdens werkdagen stand-by staan voor dringende technische interventies op werven.

Je beschikt over een technische opleiding of relevante werkervaring als onderhoudstechnieker en herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een brede technische kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit en elektromechanische installaties.
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC-systemen, bij voorkeur Siemens.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook vlot binnen een team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
  • Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en resultaatgericht.
  • Je staat open voor opleidingen en bent gemotiveerd om je technische kennis voortdurend verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands.
