Als ploegverantwoordelijke ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf en zorg je ervoor dat alles vlot, veilig en volgens planning verloopt. Je combineert organisatorisch talent met technische kennis en een sterke people-aanpak.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je volgt de aanwezigheden en prestaties van de monteurs op en stuurt bij waar nodig, in overleg met de assistent-projectmanager
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten op de werf en vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op een professionele manier
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de assistent-projectmanager en stemt de planning en voortgang regelmatig af
  • Je bestuurt je eigen bestelwagen en bent verantwoordelijk voor het voertuig, de materialen en het gereedschap
  • Je staat in voor het laden en lossen van de bestelwagen wanneer nodig
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en waakt over de algemene veiligheid op de werf
  • Waarden zoals engagement, teamspirit, zorgzaamheid en oplossingsgericht werken typeren jou
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet tegelijk je team van monteurs te motiveren en aan te sturen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een A2-diploma houttechnieken of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring met hout en montage is een sterke troef
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en zoekt steeds naar praktische oplossingen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hecht veel belang aan kwaliteit
  • Veiligheid is voor jou een absolute prioriteit
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en beschikt over een basiskennis Frans en Engels om professioneel te communiceren met collega's en onderaannemers
