Jouw functie

Als Senior Technieker ben je mee verantwoordelijk voor de technische betrouwbaarheid van de productielijnen en de ondersteunende infrastructuur. Je combineert storingsanalyse, onderhoud en optimalisatie en werkt nauw samen met productie, collega-techniekers en externe partners.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Detecteren en oplossen van storingen aan geautomatiseerde productielijnen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief, correctief en proactief onderhoud
  • Analyseren van terugkerende storingen en uitwerken van duurzame technische oplossingen
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van collega-techniekers bij complexere problemen
  • Registreren en opvolgen van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden
  • Actief meedenken over veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en optimalisatie van installaties
  • Meewerken aan investerings-, verbeter- en innovatieprojecten
  • Opvolgen van materialen en magazijnvoorraden binnen de technische dienst
  • Contact onderhouden met onderaannemers en externe diensten voor geplande werkzaamheden

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als onderhouds- en/of storingstechnieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding in elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Kennis van pneumatica en hydraulica is een belangrijke troef
  • Je kan technische schema's lezen en gebruiken bij storingsdiagnoses
  • Je bent vertrouwd met veilig werken aan industriële machines en installaties
